Restoring Englewood Action Plan(REAP) is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, a proactive, disruptor of gun violence in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Our signature feature is a door-to-door model connecting neighborhood outreach workers with men recently involved in gun violence. We introduce them to wrap- around services, through a trained case worker, to support health and safety, as well as rapid return to secure housing, job training, employment and education.
